Health Services CECM Dr Elias Maina said investigations revealed that the patient, a regular visitor to the facility, walked in on Monday and left on his own after seeing a doctor. However, after walking a few metres, he climbed onto the back of a waiting man who began immediately recording while walking away. Maina said that there are adequate wheelchairs at the hospital
