Xmegram tube mode turns the product into a clean video-selling platform. The home page focuses on premium videos, creator clips, tutorials, courses, entertainment, thumbnails, previews, watch pages, cart actions, and secure checkout instead of Telegram-style conversations.

Telegram clone surfaces such as stories, people suggestions, group chat navigation, channel chat navigation, polls, file attachments, and old landing-page experiences are hidden while tube mode is enabled. Login, upload/import cores, R2 storage, FFmpeg previews, PayPal, TinyPesa, and existing profile URLs remain unchanged.

The tube interface is designed around fast browsing. Videos use clear thumbnails, viewport preview playback, compact category tabs, small action buttons, a focused watch page, and a cart drawer so viewers can collect paid videos before unlocking them.

The layout adapts across mobile, tablet, and desktop without forcing users into conversation screens. Public profiles can still exist as creator pages, but the primary product becomes watching, discovering, buying, and managing premium video access.

Creators and admins can publish videos using the same upload, import, preview, and thumbnail pipeline already available in Xmegram. Admin settings control whether subscriptions, single purchases, upload buttons, and cart features appear in tube mode.

Buyers should always understand what is free, what is premium, and what requires a one-time unlock. The watch page plays the available preview until the viewer completes the required purchase or subscription.
